Student Membership Application
There are many practical benefits for becoming a student member of the St. Joseph County Bar Association.
Besides meeting attorneys who practice law in our area, a student may develop the student membership
section by taking a leadership role. There are also numerous networking and education opportunities for
student members.
Committees—This is an opportunity for service. But it is also an opportunity to network and get to know
better some of the members of the Bar who practice in your area of interest. The time commitment is
minimal, but the rewards can be substantial.
Continuing Education—Students may participate in any of the offered CLE seminars offered by the St.
Joseph County Bar Association. Students receive the same discount offered to member attorneys.
Publications—Students will receive the monthly bar newsletter.
Networking—Student members may attend any of the bar association events and may do so at the subsidized
member rates. The association offers various educational, social and athletic events.
