Probate & Circuit Court Judges, Senior Judges & Magistrates

Created by the Indiana legislature, St. Joseph Superior Court handles both criminal and civil cases. There are eight Superior Court Judges, including a Chief Judge who provides administrative and coordination leadership, and two Magistrates.
